Our welcome essentials pack, is 40.00€ and includes: tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water, juice, cereal, bread, butter, milk, biscuits and eggs.
If you’d like a cold bottle of wine in the fridge, it's just an extra 5.00€. I know we would!
Also, If you have young children and require extra items, such as baby food or nappies or any other needs for your little ones, we will be happy to assist on request. There is an Iceland supermarket and many UK brands are available, however, we do require a minimum of 5 days notice, so that we don't disappoint you.
Worth a note, if you want anything specific in your welcome pack, please let the Villa Casacata team know at the time of your booking and they will organise and do their very best for you.
If you are tired and want to freshen up after your arrival, and privately would just like 5 minutes 'me time' before you have 'unpacked', everything is on hand with our complimentary toiletries, the Anyah spa self-care gift package, shower, relax, and then you are ready to just go.

Airport Pickup
To make it all easy, you can pre-book your private taxi or minibus transfer and your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall to take you straight to your Villa Cascata, no waiting around in the taxi queue and all that malarkey.
Should your flight be delayed, no need to panic as all arrivals times are monitored Portugal end, so you don’t need to worry the team will still be there when you arrive!
Thinking about vehicles, there are no extra charges for baby seats or booster seats and journeys to Villa Cascata will be via the motorway with tolls, which is included in the cost.
Lisbon Airport transfers are also available on request - mention this to the team at time of booking.

Albufeira travel, a little snap shot on the various ways you can get about, makes me think of trains, planes and automobiles... up to you, but we would just get Luso Living to pick us up in the evening and have a car delivered at the villa the following day!

Can you help with Car Hire and directions?
Let Villa Cascata know for how many days you would like to hire a car and they will arrange delivery or collection from the airport. Note, if visiting the Algarve in July or August you will need to book as far in advance as possible as rates increase sharply, and cars are scarce to find at the last minute.

We would also recommend the Clay Oven in Albufeira, fabulous! However, take away only, or sit down, either way really, really worth it!
Grocery Delivery
Apolonia and Continente offer a shopping delivery service. You can read more about their services on their websites www.apolonia.pt (really worth a drive to the store) and www.continente.pt
Intermarché offers online shopping and delivery to certain parts of Portugal. If home delivery isn’t available, many stores allow you to order and collect.
Locally there are also plenty of markets to go to purchase fantastic quality fruit, vegetables, bakery and butchery produce. I would advise that you buy from stall holders that 'display the price' of their wares.
Fruit & Vegetable/Bio Services
Mercearia Bio – Offers bio or organic products as well as many vegan alternative products. Delivery is available throughout Portugal.
Fruta-Feia – A subscription service for ugly or misshapen fruit. Note: you have to pickup your order rather than it being delivered to your home.

The expats community living in Portugal often find themselves missing certain food products... but, thankfully there are plenty of expat food delivery services that’ll deliver to your home here in the Algarve such as British Cornershop (British), My American Market (American), and Dutch Expat Shop (Dutch).

For little bambinos, Villa Cascata has their own a cot, with baby bediing and highchair.
If you have young children and require items such as baby food or nappies ready for your arrival they will also be happy to assist you with this. Locally, there is an Iceland supermarket; and many UK brands are available, a note, Villa Cascaya require a weeks notice, to get these items arranged and delivered, ready for your arrival
